- HyGold Exchange Service provide buying/selling Exchange Electonic Currency (Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, Webmoney (WMZ, WME), GlobalDigitalPay, Pecunix, C-gold, Paypal...)
- Users do not want to open an account at HyGold, only place your order at Buy/Sell/Exchange Page and follow steps

2. Transaction (Orders) and Operations
- Users have to submit orders at Hygold.Com with full details inlclude User's Address, Phone Number ...
- Users have to buy/sell exchange with amount not more than Limit HyGold at Buy/Sell/Exchange Order.

Special for Buy Orders :
## We do not accept third party payment
## Users have to provide to HyGold scan of documents for your first order at HyGold.Com. Please read Verify rule.
## HyGold may at its sole discretion return received funds less fees and administration costs
      - Purpose of payment (Memo, Payment info) in the bank wire is missing or incorrect
      - Funds were sent from an account under different name (name does not match user’s name)
      - 3rd party payment (user had someone else send funds from their bank account to user’s e-currency account)
      - There is a reasonable suspicion that received funds are fraudulent
## HyGold may not receive WU/MG transfer :
      - User does not provide the scan of WU/MG receipt
      - Funds were sent from an other name
      - Funds were sent online (Not sent at an WU/MG agent)
      - HyGold can not contact by phone with user.

Sell & Exchange Orders : You can sell your E-currencies to 3rd party bank account, 3rd party WU/MG receiver (Unless webmoney)

Order processing : All Buy/Sell Exchange order will be processed within 24-48 hours (business days) after HyGold received your fund.

Account Eligibility
Users must give us the correct account number and other right personal information. All the transfer of Digital Gold Currency into wrong Digital Gold Currency accounts due to wrong account numbers given by the user are not reversible. We have no powers to retrieve Digital Gold Currency placed in another users account.

3. Anti-money laundering :
## It is forbidden to use HyGold for carrying out illegal transactions, money-laundering. Using HyGold’s services the client agrees that every attempt of exchanging illegal capital will have judicial prosecution according to all the severity of law. Administration of HyGold.Com will give all informations about such transactions to law machinery, administrations of payment systems and also victims of swindle whenever it is needed.
## HyGold’s administration can refuse every client in using its services if any suspicion will be aroused against him, or any complaint will be sent by the law machinery or payment systems’ administrations.

HyGold offers its services as a third party, and is not related to Liberty Reserve S.A, Perfect Money, GlobaldigitalPay, Pecunix, C-gold, or any other party, featured or not on this web site.

The administration of the service can make alterations to above mentioned rules at any time.
